Hymn Festival

Immanuel Lutheran Church invites the Colorado Springs community to a special afternoon of musical artistry and cinematic history on Sunday, April 26, 2026. This event is a highlight of the church’s landmark 125th Anniversary year, featuring acclaimed classical and theater organist Benjamin Kolodziej.

The anniversary celebration begins at 2:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary with a spirited Hymn Fest featuring traditional liturgical hymns. In a powerful display of choral unity, local Lutheran choirs will come together to lift their voices alongside the congregation. Attendees will experience the majestic power of the sanctuary pipe organ as Kolodziej leads the massed choirs through a selection of sacred music spanning the church's 125-year history.
